Quinton Dick Cook-1854

... Quinton was born 12 January 1854 in Goldhanger, Essex, England.  He was married 9 August 1877 to Emily Hannah Jame Adams.  They were married in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Emily was born in London. 

Quinton and Emily had 11 children as follows:  All the children except Thomas Henry were born in SLC, Utah, he was born in Ogden.

1. Lillie Mary Ann born 23 Mar. 1878.  She married Harry Lorenzo Johnson the 23 March 1901.  Lillie died 6 Nov. 1956.

2. Eliza Emily Cook was born 29 April 1880.   She married Van Dean Hendrickson on the 10th of September 1902. She died November1965.

3. Ellen Eva Cook was born August 17th 1882. She died in 1890 at the age of 8.

4. Rose Violet was born 28th of august 1884. She married John Henry Baker. She died January 21 1926.

5. Albert Quinton Cook was born November 18 November 1887. He married Josina DeBry on September 18th 1912. He died 29 October 1963.
6.Cora Pearl Cook was born 24 November 1888. She married Byron Ealum Marble 24 June 1908. She died 29 October 1963.
7. Thomas Henry Cook was born 30 October 1890. He married Nora Bolton Bingham on 1 August 1944.
8.Hazel Beatrice Cook was born 27 August 1893. She married George William Austin on 2 September 1914.
9.William Arthur cook was born 23 January 1896. He married Florence Marie Corbett.
10.Harold Dean Le Roy Cook was born 8 March 1898. He married Margret Lienhard Mitchell on 2 September 1919.
11. Edward John was born 19 February. He married Ilene Stephens on 20 December 1940

In the 1900 US census, Quinton states that he came to the US in 1875 at the age of 20 years old.  In 1900, including himself there were 11 people residing in his household.  As I am reading this census, it looks like Quinton states his birth as 1850 and that he was 25 when he came to America?
